Fix Incoming GSM calls putting Mobyx calls on hold

 

Objective

By default the Mobyx softphone app will hold any in progress call when a new call is received on your cellular network. Follow the steps below to resolve this issue.

Procedure

  1. Open the Mobyx softphone app, and click the three dots in the top right hand corner and select the settings option.

2. Select the Preferences option.

3. Select the Controls option.
